Pro-Link Call Control does not guarantee that all calls will be captured or processed successfully in every circumstance.
2. No Long-Term Contracts
Pro-Link Call Control operates on a month-to-month subscription basis.
There are no long-term contracts required to use the service.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund payments already processed for the current billing cycle.
3. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, Pro-Link Call Control depends on third-party infrastructure including telecommunications networks, SMS providers, and cloud services.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary outages, delays, or missed call recordings may occur.
Pro-Link Call Control is not responsible for business losses resulting from missed calls, system interruptions, or delayed notifications.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Properly forwarding their business phone number to the Pro-Link system
• Maintaining accurate contact and scheduling information
• Monitoring incoming notifications and customer requests
Failure to configure call forwarding or scheduling settings correctly may affect service performance.
5. SMS Communication
By using Pro-Link Call Control, you consent to receive service-related SMS notifications regarding call activity, customer messages, and system updates.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
6. Acceptable Use
The Pro-Link Call Control service may not be used for:
• Illegal activities
• Spam or unsolicited marketing
• Harassment or fraudulent communication
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if the platform is used in violation of applicable laws or telecommunications regulations.
7. Payment and Billing
Pro-Link Call Control operates on a recurring monthly subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Billing is processed through a secure third-party payment provider.
Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in service suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
